More than four decades on wheels

One floor.
Thousands of stories.

Wigan Roller Rink was never only a building. It was music, movement, friendship and a community that kept showing up.

Our home on wheels

A Wigan institution.

Known for its enormous indoor wooden floor, lively music and genuinely welcoming atmosphere, the rink gave beginners confidence and regulars a place to belong.

Dawn and Gary's team welcomed families, adult skaters, schools, disability groups, charities and people simply looking for a good night out. That broad welcome remains central to what comes next.

The story so far

Still rolling forward.

2010s

A community far beyond public sessions

2026
